Dental Provider Seminars

CareFirst's Dental Provider Relations Department along with the CareFirst Dental Director's office offers a variety of seminars to familiarize dental providers and their office staff with our full product portfolio, claims submission procedures, administrative procedures and more.

CareFirst recognizes that Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses are an essential element contributing to the practice of quality dentistry. Courses are offered throughout the year and will be noted if CEU's are offered.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:

10/25/13: Working Together - You and Blue. Prepare your practice for the big changes coming to dentistry by attending this Continuing Education course specifically designed for dental providers and their staff. This is a 4 CEU course. Topics include: CareFirst's Dental product portfolio, claim submission procedures (EDI and paper), administrative policies, electronic services, Affordable Care Act Essential Dental Benefit, ADA-CDT 2014 updates, claim review procedures and clinical criteria, and more!

Registration and continental breakfast begins at 7:30am.
Course is scheduled from 8:30am - 12:00pm.
Parking is available in the lot across from the building for a nominal fee.
This course is provided at no charge to CareFirst network providers.
